Yes, completely. We visit your property, assess conditions, and provide a detailed written estimate at no charge and with zero obligation to move forward. We believe the estimate should stand on its own merits — we don't use pressure tactics or follow-up aggressively. You decide when and if you're ready.
Most residential projects can be scheduled within 1–2 weeks of estimate approval depending on our current workload and weather. Commercial projects with phasing requirements may take 2–4 weeks to schedule properly. We give you a start date when you accept the estimate and stick to it.
